Irresistible Maraschino Cherry White Chocolate Fudges

Creamy white chocolate fudge studded with sweet maraschino cherries for a delightful treat.

For the Crust:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), and chopped maraschino cherries.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Lift fudge out using parchment overhang and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes
