For the Crust:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), and chopped maraschino cherries.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift fudge out using parchment overhang and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
