Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add garlic.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and top with chopped basil, cherry tomatoes, and burrata cheese.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
