Kale Chips

Crispy baked kale chips seasoned with garlic and parmesan cheese. A quick, healthy snack that’s surprisingly addictive.

Ingredients

  • Fresh kale (2 bunches).
  • Garlic cloves, minced (5-6).
  • Sea salt to taste.
  • Olive oil (3 teaspoons).
  • Fresh parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup).

Instructions

  1. Remove stems, chop kale, wash and thoroughly dry.
  2. Toss kale with olive oil, salt and garlic in bowl.
  3. Spread on baking sheet without overcrowding.
  4. Cook at 300°F for 20-25 minutes total, rotating pan halfway.
  5. Cool slightly then sprinkle with parmesan.

Notes

Must dry kale completely.
Don’t overcrowd pan.
Best eaten fresh.
