Ingredients
- Fresh kale (2 bunches).
- Garlic cloves, minced (5-6).
- Sea salt to taste.
- Olive oil (3 teaspoons).
- Fresh parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup).
Instructions
- Remove stems, chop kale, wash and thoroughly dry.
- Toss kale with olive oil, salt and garlic in bowl.
- Spread on baking sheet without overcrowding.
- Cook at 300°F for 20-25 minutes total, rotating pan halfway.
- Cool slightly then sprinkle with parmesan.
Notes
Must dry kale completely.
Don’t overcrowd pan.
Best eaten fresh.
