A creamy and protein-packed egg salad with cottage cheese for a keto-friendly twist.

For the Crust:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add celery, red onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stir in fresh dill and adjust seasonings to taste.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
