For the Crust:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
- Add celery, red onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in fresh dill and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
