Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips, oats, coconut, and pecans.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks.
