Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  6. Cool completely, then layer with pomegranate seeds and garnish with fresh mint.
