Ingredients

- 8 ounces egg noodles.
- 3 cups chopped cooked ham.
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables.
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup.
- 1 cup sour cream.
- 1/3 cup milk.
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
Instructions
- Cook noodles in salted water. Thaw vegetables.
- Combine soup, sour cream, milk, seasonings and most cheese.
- Mix in ham, vegetables and drained noodles.
- Pour in dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
Great use for leftover ham.
Can be made ahead.
