For the Crust:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup capers, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in capers and lemon juice, then pour in the broth.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
