Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, milk, eggs, and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
