Ingredients
- Fresh parsley and/or basil, chopped (2 tablespoons).
- Fresh lemon juice (2 tablespoons).
- Lemon zest (2 teaspoons).
- Garlic clove, grated (1).
- Red pepper flakes (1/4 teaspoon).
- Sea salt (1/4 teaspoon).
- Extra-virgin olive oil (2/3 cup).
- Fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine), drained (8 ounces).
Instructions
- Mix herbs, lemon, garlic, seasonings and 1/3 cup oil in jar.
- Add mozzarella balls and cover with remaining oil.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Can be made 5 days ahead.
Keep covered in oil.
Best at room temperature.
