Marry Me Chicken Pasta

A creamy and flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and a rich sauce that’s sure to impress.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
