For the Crust:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
