Marry Me Chicken Pasta – Creamy Garlic Parmesan Dish

A rich and creamy garlic parmesan pasta with tender chicken that’s so delicious it might just get you a marriage proposal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
