For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
