Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in marinara sauce and heavy cream. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
