- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the chicken tenders with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken tenders to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
- Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
