Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in the bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
- Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
