- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chopped olives, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, basil, and feta cheese.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap to form a log shape.
- Layer the olive mixture on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and shape into a log.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Roll the log in chopped almonds before serving.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the olive mixture. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
