Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9×9 baking dish with non-stick spray.Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, crumble as it cooks, then drain grease.Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet, cooking for 2 minutes.In a bowl, mix together drained tomatoes, cheese soup, and sour cream. Stir in cooked meat.Layer tortillas and meat mixture in the prepared baking dish, ending with a layer of tortillas on top. Sprinkle cheese over the top.Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and melty
