Mini Christmas Tree Brie Bites with Candied Pecans and Cranberries

These festive appetizers feature bite-sized brie cheese shaped like Christmas trees, topped with sweet candied pecans and tart cranberries for a holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup candied pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into Christmas tree shapes using a cookie cutter.
  3. Place a cube of brie in the center of each tree shape.
  4. Top with chopped candied pecans and dried cranberries.
  5. Brush edges with egg wash and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
