- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup candied pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into Christmas tree shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place a cube of brie in the center of each tree shape.
- Top with chopped candied pecans and dried cranberries.
- Brush edges with egg wash and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a side of cranberry sauce.
