Instructions

- On a plate, arrange cucumber slices in a circular pattern to form the base of the wreath.
- Layer the smoked salmon strips over the cucumber rings.
- Add small dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top and garnish with lemon wedges.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
