For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 package frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 4 slices American cheese, cut into small squares
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into small patties (about 1.5 inches in diameter).
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Place a square of cheese on each patty and let it melt slightly.
- Mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl to create a sauce.
- Assemble the mini burgers by placing a patty between two tater tots. Add a drizzle of sauce, shredded lettuce, and diced pickles.
