For the Crust:
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- Spread blueberries evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix boiling water and brown sugar until dissolved. Carefully pour over the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the pudding is bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
