For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup butterscotch chips, melted
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well blended.
- Stir in melted butterscotch chips, cranberry sauce, whipped topping, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with additional whipped topping or cranberry sauce.
