No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with the classic flavors of German chocolate cake, topped with a coconut-pecan frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in shredded coconut and chopped pecans, then spread the filling over the chilled crust.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
