For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in coconut and pecans. Spread filling over crust.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and caramel sauce over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
