No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with the classic flavors of German chocolate – coconut, pecans, and chocolate.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in coconut and pecans. Spread filling over crust.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate and caramel sauce over the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
