Instructions
- Line a pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed cookies and melted butter; press into pan.
- In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter, and brown sugar; cook until thickened.
- Pour caramel over shortbread layer.
- Melt chocolate chips with cream and spread over caramel.
- Refrigerate until set.
