No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies

Easy and delicious no-bake mini banana cream pies with a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and fresh banana slices.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of small jars or ramekins to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to lighten it.
  6. Layer the pudding mixture over the crust, then add banana slices.
  7. Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish with extra banana slices if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
