For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups or ramekins to form the crust.
- Layer sliced bananas over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Spoon the pudding mixture over the banana layer.
- Top with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
