No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies

Easy and delicious mini banana cream pies that require no baking, perfect for a quick dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups or ramekins to form the crust.
  3. Layer sliced bananas over the crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Spoon the pudding mixture over the banana layer.
  6. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
