No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie

A refreshing and creamy no-bake pie with the nostalgic flavor of orange creamsicles.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix, milk, orange juice concentrate, and orange zest until thickened. Gently fold in remaining whipped cream.
  6. Spread the orange mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
