For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Additional Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly. Garnish with additional Oreo cookies if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
