No Bake Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A creamy, rich cheesecake with layers of Oreo crust and peanut butter filling, requiring no baking.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly. Garnish with additional Oreo cookies if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
