No-Bake Pecan Pie Lasagna

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces whipped topping
  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cream cheese layer.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and milk until thickened; spread over the pecan layer.
  5. Top with the remaining whipped topping and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
