For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9Γ13 inch dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Warm strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the top layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
