No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

A delicious layered dessert with graham crackers, creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberries.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9Γ—13 inch dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Layer sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
  6. Warm strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the top layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
