No Sugar Energy Dessert

A healthy and energizing dessert made without added sugar, perfect for a quick energy boost.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruits.
  2. Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
