For the Crust:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1/4 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruits.
- Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
