For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in rolled oats, cinnamon, and dark chocolate chips until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
