- 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
- Fresh arugula, for garnish
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange the sliced peaches and brie cheese evenly over the flatbread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with prosciutto slices.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh arugula and slice to serve.
Notes
For best results, use ripe peaches and high-quality prosciutto. This recipe pairs well with a light white wine.
