Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh arugula, for garnish
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the sliced peaches and brie cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with prosciutto slices.
  6. Drizzle honey over the top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh arugula and slice to serve.

Notes

For best results, use ripe peaches and high-quality prosciutto. This recipe pairs well with a light white wine.
