Peanut Butter Rocky Road Bars Recipe

No-bake bars combining dark chocolate and peanut butter with marshmallows, pretzels, M&Ms and Reese’s trees.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips.
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil or butter.
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter.
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows.
  • 1 cup broken pretzels.
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms, plus more for top.
  • 12 mini Reese's trees.
  • Sprinkles for decoration.

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate, oil, peanut butter over double boiler.
  2. Cool mixture 10 minutes.
  3. Line 8×8 pan with parchment.
  4. Mix in marshmallows, pretzels, M&Ms.
  5. Pour half mixture, add Reese's layer.
  6. Top with remaining mixture.
  7. Decorate with M&Ms and sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate 60-90 minutes until set.

Notes

Can be made gluten-free.
Keep refrigerated.
No baking required.
Use double boiler method.
