Instructions

- Unroll the puff pastry sheet and shape it into a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping the edges to form a wreath.
- Arrange the sliced pears evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese and chopped hazelnuts over the pears, then season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
