- 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Arrange the pear slices evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with brie cheese slices and cranberries.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the toppings.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a sweeter version, add a drizzle of honey before baking.
