Pear, Brie & Cranberry Flatbread with Thyme

A delicious flatbread topped with fresh pears, creamy brie cheese, tart cranberries, and aromatic thyme.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange the pear slices evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Top with brie cheese slices and cranberries.
  5. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the toppings.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a sweeter version, add a drizzle of honey before baking.
