  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 6 equal strips.
  3. On each strip, layer pear slices and brie cheese slices along the center.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling and roll into a rose shape.
  5. Place the roses on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  6. In a small saucepan, warm honey and thyme over low heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove roses from oven and drizzle with the honeyed thyme glaze before serving.
