- Box of store pie crusts.
- Butter, melted.
- Vanilla.
- Sugar.
- Dark corn syrup.
- 6 eggs, beaten a bit.
- Pecans, chopped or whole.
- Cooking spray.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9 glass pan with cooking spray.
- Take out one pie crust, roll it to fit the pan. If it tears, just pinch it back together.
- Mix corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, sugar and eggs in a bowl.
- Put the pecans in, stir them around.
- Pour half the pecan mix in the pan.
- Put the other crust on top.
- Pour the rest of the pecan stuff over it.
- Bake about 45 minutes till it's set and brown on top.
- Try to let it cool a bit before cutting.
Notes
It’s like pecan pie but easier to make.
Makes enough for 12 people.
