- 2 flatbreads
- 1 cup basil pesto
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread pesto evenly over the flatbreads.
- Top with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with grilled vegetables.
