Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread pesto evenly over the flatbreads.
  3. Top with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with grilled vegetables.
