Form into 4 patties.In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and cook patties on medium heat for about 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.Top each patty with a mix of mozzarella and provolone cheese a minute before they are done and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.Toast hamburger buns, place cooked patties on buns, and top with onions and peppers.
