- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Layer the onion and garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place the pork chops on top of the vegetables.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth together, then pour over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
Notes
For best results, use thick-cut pork chops and ensure they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
