- 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each brie cube in flour, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with the pistachio mixture.
- Place the coated brie bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the coating is golden and the cheese is gooey inside.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

These bites are best served warm. Pair with a light salad or as an appetizer for parties.
