Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each brie cube in flour, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with the pistachio mixture.
  4. Place the coated brie bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the coating is golden and the cheese is gooey inside.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
