Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter and almond extract; mix until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in each ball and fill with raspberry jam.
- Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool on wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Store in an airtight container to keep cookies fresh; makes about 24 cookies.
