Edible Cookie Dough

A safe-to-eat raw cookie dough featuring classic red velvet flavors. Perfect for snacking or dessert topping.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon milk.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1/2 tablespoon red food coloring.
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour.
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips.

Instructions

  1. Heat treat flour at 350°F until 165°F.
  2. Cool flour completely.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
  4. Mix in milk, vanilla, food coloring.
  5. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Serve immediately or chill.

Notes

Must heat treat flour.
Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.
Great dessert topping.
