Ingredients

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened.
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- 1 tablespoon milk.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1/2 tablespoon red food coloring.
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour.
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips.
Instructions
- Heat treat flour at 350°F until 165°F.
- Cool flour completely.
- Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
- Mix in milk, vanilla, food coloring.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or chill.
Notes
Must heat treat flour.
Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.
Great dessert topping.
