Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

A rich and creamy peanut butter cheesecake loaded with Reese’s peanut butter cups and a chocolate cookie crust.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in heavy cream until fully combined.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups. Pour mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Garnish with remaining peanut butter cups and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
