Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the apples by coring and slicing them into wedges.
  3. Arrange the apple slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top each apple slice with a piece of brie cheese and a few dried cranberries.
  5. Drizzle honey evenly over the topped apples.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
