- 4 large apples, cored and sliced
- 200g brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts for crunch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the apples by coring and slicing them into wedges.
- Arrange the apple slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each apple slice with a piece of brie cheese and a few dried cranberries.
- Drizzle honey evenly over the topped apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute brie with a dairy-free alternative. Pair with crackers or as a side dish.
