- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Toss the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the seasoned shrimp and salmon to the skillet; cook until shrimp is pink and salmon is opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper; garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the Cajun seasoning. Serve immediately for best texture.
