- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup caramel bits
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and caramel bits over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels and spread evenly.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler, then drizzle over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set, then break into pieces.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, use fresh pretzels. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
