Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark

A delicious sweet and salty dessert made with pretzels, caramel, and a touch of sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and caramel bits over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels and spread evenly.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler, then drizzle over the caramel layer.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set, then break into pieces.

Notes

For a crunchier texture, use fresh pretzels. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
